glitter, gold & promises

The air has become dryer.  The tension has been release a great deal.  I am going home soon.  And I am fucking ecstatic!  Soon I will be back in the waves of the world that I could drown in if need be.  But, until then, I've got a few updates:

I have been working feroucisly at getting some articles, reviews, etc. written up in preparation for what is sure to be one of the greatest vacations I have ever endured.  I plan to write while I am away and reintergrated with my family.  I may find a curb in downtown Seattle to scribble down a quick poem.  Or a long winding tail of an unknown world as I stare out onto the sea on Nehalem Bay.  Or finding a quite moment at my home in Spokane.  So, don't be afraid to check in here every once in a while.  And, of course, watch for daily updates at Fensepost.com.  Even if I'm not writing it, it's damn good.  Better actually.  Fense is the pro and the originator, he knows shit on music I could only hope to gain half the knowledge.  Through all my searching, there is no greater independent music site on the net.  Fact.  And I am proud to have the oppurtunity to contribute to this gem. Amongst the upcoming work you will see from yours truly is going to be of one of the most exciting things to recently take place.  My beloved The Fenbi International Superstars have released their debut EP, and is currently available on iTunes.  I have yet to stop playing it since I got it.  It is beyond incredible! Have you got 5 bucks?  Don't throw it away at a Sonic or Wendy's, go HERE, I promise you won't feel disgusted with yourself afterwards.  You will be amazed!

Some big news:  Fense has been interviewed for The Hype Machine's Hypodcast radio show.  Fensepost is really beginning to recieve it's share of credit throughout the blog world.  I will be sure to post here when that is up and available.
